Shower Gel

1. Wet your skin with lukewarm water to open pores.
2. Apply a quarter-sized amount of shower gel to a washcloth, loofah, or sponge.
3. Gently scrub your body in circular motions for at least 20 seconds per area to kill germs.
4. Focus on acidic areas like armpits, feet and groin.
5. Rinse thoroughly to remove all the gel.
6. Pat skin dry with a towel

– Avoid over-scrubbing which can irritate skin
– Never use shower gel on your face or hair as it’s too harsh
– Sponges and loofahs lather better than washcloths
